Power Off

The power off button gives you three options. Below is a description of how the robot responds to the choices.

Restart Application

Run a soft restart of the application. Usually a lot faster than restarting the device, but will not fix all issues that a hard restart can solve. This will not trigger an automatic software update. Expected wait time is 5-60 seconds.

Restart Device

Restarts the main computer of the robot. This can trigger an update so the expected wait time is anything between 30 seconds to several minutes.

Power Off Device

Power off the main computer. Please use this before turning off the power switch such that the computer can shutdown gracefully. This will not turn off other devices such as the modem or the GPS device, use the power switch for this.
