Trailer assembly
This article explains how to assemble a trailer that is delivered in a semi-assembled state.
Upon arrival, the trailers will look similar to what is shown in figure 1. The bottom trailer will need to have the trailer hitch head attached, while the top two trailers will need to have the whole trailer hitch attached. Place all trailers on the ground before assembling the top two trailers.

Bottom trailer: Attaching trailer hitch head and wheel
Attach the hitch head using the four M10 bolts, as shown in figure 2 and 3.
Make sure the nose wheel is supporting the trailer during the assembly.

Top two trailers (after un-stacking): Attaching the trailer hitch
Place the trailer hitch in the position shown in figure 4. Note that the trailer will need to be supported, as it can’t rest on the front wheel yet.

Fasten trailer hitch with two M16 bolts/nuts, one on the right side, and one on the left.
Before the trailer is put into use (pulled on), make sure the frame locks are engaged on both sides of the hitch.

Fasten and ready manual tilting piston
Fasten the top and bottom bolts/nuts of the tilting piston as shown in figure 6.

Open the transport piston valve as instructed on the attached label.

Attaching the handbrake
Start by positioning the threaded rod. Make sure that the rod enters through the supporter hole on the hitch cross beam as shown in figure 8.

Arrange the brake-wires as shown in figure 9.

Make sure the brake wire holders (on the inside of both trailer wheels) are in correct position, as shown in figure 10.

Make sure the threaded rod is screwed all the way into the handbrake leaver before tightening the hexagon nut.

Arrange the electronics cable
Detach the electrical cable (shown in figure 12) from underneath the trailer floor.

Attach the cable along both sides of the structure of the trailer. There are “holders” pre-placed along the beams.

Cable “front end”. Cables should be fastened with cable ties for safety measures.

Mount freshwater tank
Notice the two tank-protection pads, and the placement of the hose connector. Place the tank as shown in figure 15.

Place the metal tank straps as shown in figure 16, and attach them to the anchor brackets as shown in figure 17.

Attach the water hose to the barb on the tank and secure it with a hose clamp as shown in figure 18.

Fasten rear lights
Detach the rear marker light from its transportation position and mount it in the pre-drilled holes on the trailer side panel as shown in figure 20.

Attach the ramp/tailgate
Hold the ramp in palace while entering the steel rod through all the hinge joints, as shown in figure 22 and 23.

Secure the hinge-rods by inserting the safety pins on both sides as shown in figure 24.
