Fix the problem on your phone
This is usually caused by some functionality on the phone or tablet that always tries to disconnect from WiFi networks that have poor internet connection.
On Apple devices the feature called WiFi assistant should be turned off.
On android devices this feature may go by different names. WiFi Assist is usually the case.
