Preparation and Cleanup

How to use the app to prepare the liquid system for use and how to clean it after use.

Preparations Before Starting

Fill Tank

• The tank can be found and filled under the left hood on the robot.
• Make sure to fill the handwash and fresh water tank as well. These can be found on the opposite side.

Valve Positions

• When spraying, make sure the valves are in "Normal Operation"

Check System Pressure

• The system pressure can be seen in the Diagnostics tab.
• The system pressure can also be viewed under the right hood of the robot, next to the generator. The pressure gauge to the left shows the system pressure.

Troubleshooting System Pressure

Wrong Pressure

• Try adjusting the system pressure by pulling the regulator out then turning it to decrease or increase the pressure. See the image below.

No Water Circulation

• Try boosting the pump by starting the rinse tank procedure in the Cleanup tab. Keep the valves in the "Normal Operation".

Caution: This will increase the pump voltage, so make sure to monitor the pressure gauges for very high system pressures. Turn off the pump if it's too high.

Cleaning the Nozzles

1. Navigate to Control Panel and the {{#include res/buttons/toggle-switch-24.svg}} section. Turn on the pump.
2. Start the nozzle purge under Control Panel and the {{#include res/buttons/tune-variant-24.svg}} section. It is recommended to repeat this step a couple of times.

Cleanup

Rinsing the system after each use

• Empty the system for any herbicide.
• Fill the tank with fresh water.
• Place the valves in the Rinse System positions. Make sure the pump is off when adjusting the valves.
• Run the pump for a couple of minutes. Clean the nozzles to rinse the nozzles with fresh water.

Rinsing the tank

• Follow the steps in the app under Cleanup in the side menu.
