Replacing a spray module

This article guides you on how to replace a spray module position in the AX-1 software using Kilter Remote, corresponding to its physical position on the robot.

  1. Disconnect the ethernet cables from all other spray modules on the robot. Only the module being configured should be connected to the network.
  2. Restart the robot, and wait for it to fully boot up.
  3. Open Remote app and navigate to Settings > Spraying > Module Setup.
  4. Select the spot number corresponding to the physical position where the module is installed on the robot.
  5. Press Confirm and confirm the change.
  6. The module will reboot automatically. Wait for it to finish (maximum 1–2 minutes).
  7. Reconnect the ethernet cables to all other spray modules.
  8. Verify all modules appear as connected in the spray module status display.

Troubleshooting

If the new module does not appear as online after 2 minutes, try updating the machine from the settings menu at the bottom of the screen (Power Off > Update Machine). The update will restart the robot and may take a couple of minutes.
