Introducing Fields & Route Planner

Dear Farmers,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming update to the Kilter Farm website on Wednesday, March 18 at 11:30 (GMT+1)

During the update, the system will be unavailable for approximately 20 minutes. During this time, equipment and related services may not function as expected, in particular farm website, login, refresh, remote monitoring/stop in remote app and route sync to ax-1. We recommend planning any time-sensitive activities accordingly.

What’s New

Fields in Kilter Farm
We are introducing Fields, a new way to organize everything related to a single agricultural field. A Field acts as a storage space for:

  • The field boundary
  • Uploaded files
  • Workspaces for creating routes
  • Routes created for that field

If you have defined field boundaries, we recommend creating one Field per boundary. Follow this flow to create a new field:

Create Your Own Routes for AX-1
You can now create your own routes for AX-1 directly in Kilter Farm. This allows you to design routes based on your knowledge of the field layout and the best driving paths for the machine.

The route editor is available when opening a workspace within a Field

The workspace tooling is still improving, so if you prefer, you can request that our team create the route for you directly from the editor.

Changes for Existing Users

If you are already familiar with Kilter Farm, you will notice that Fields replace and extend the functionality previously available under ‘Tasks’. We plan to reintroduce Tasks in a new form to provide better reports and insights into the work performed by AX-1

We’ve prepared detailed guides and explanations on Kilter Learn to help you get started with the new features.

If you have any questions ahead of the update, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Thank you for your continued partnership.

Best regards,
